Sarjit Singh is a Senior Advisor at Deloitte Southeast Asia. He leads a team of dedicated experts, leveraging Deloitte’s vast knowledge and expertise to deliver customised learning solutions across financial reporting and analysis, corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, sustainability, artificial intelligence, board readiness, and leadership programmes. His team is at the forefront of identifying emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of businesses and professionals in the region.
Sarjit has held various leadership roles throughout his career, including CEO of InCorp Global, Chairman and Senior Partner of Kreston ACA, CFO of Aviva Asia, and CFO of AIA Singapore. He has extensive experience in assurance and advisory, having spent 16 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In addition to his professional roles, Sarjit serves on the Investigations and Disciplinary Panel at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants; and as Chairman of the Singapore Regional Council of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
In 2023, Sarjit was appointed by the Ministry of Education to the Board of Trustees of the University of the Arts Singapore (UAS) and became the founding chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at UAS.
Sarjit’s contributions have been recognised with multiple accolades. He has received three national honours from the President of the Republic of Singapore, including the Public Service Star (Bar) in 2021, the Public Service Star in 2011, and the Public Service Medal in 2007. In 2019, he was honoured with the prestigious SkillsFuture Fellowship by the President of the Republic of Singapore for his mastery of skills and mentorship of future talent.
Recognised by Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as a ‘financial industry talent’, Sarjit was the winner of the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award in 2012. Sarjit was appointed as an Adjunct Associate Professor by NTU from 2010 to 2016 given his expertise in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Auditing, and Financial Reporting and Analysis.
Sarjit is an alumnus of Harvard University, having completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

Associate Professor Tan Hiang Khoon is the Director of SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute and the Group Director of the International Collaboration Office at SingHealth. He also holds the position of Deputy CEO (Future Health System) at Singapore General Hospital.
Dr Tan has a distinguished career in head and neck surgery and surgical oncology. He received his medical degree from the National University of Singapore, a Ph.D. from the University of Bristol, and advanced training in head and neck surgical oncology from the Institute Gustave Roussy in Paris. He has made significant contributions to surgery, particularly in pioneering endoscopic and robotic head and neck surgeries in Singapore. Dr Tan has demonstrated exceptional leadership in various roles, including the formation of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Head and Neck Disease Centre in 2013 and the integration of the Division of Surgery at Singapore General Hospital with the Division of Surgical Oncology at the National Cancer Centre Singapore in 2019.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr Tan led the establishment of a 3,700-bed Community Care Facility, ensuring that hospital capacities were not overwhelmed. His commitment to global health equity led to the establishment of the Global Surgery Programme. He has partnered with Duke University to develop a low-cost portable flexible nasopharyngoscope that can improve access to diagnostics for head and neck conditions in lower-resourced settings. Recently, he initiated the Asian Surgical Leaders Network, which focuses on assessing the pandemic’s impact on surgical health systems across Asia and developing strategies for health system resilience.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Mirpuri joined Temasek in September 2023 and is Head, International Policy & Governance.
Prior to joining Temasek, Ashok was Singapore Ambassador to the United States for over a decade, where he represented Singapore’s interests in engaging with three U.S. Administrations. He has also held key Ambassadorial appointments in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia. A seasoned diplomat, Ashok has extensive experience in managing Singapore’s foreign policy interests.
Ashok holds a Master of Arts from the University of London’s School of Oriental & African Studies and a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Jai Prashanth Rao is a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon in the National Neuroscience Institute (NNI). He graduated with his MBBS degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1999 and was awarded his FRCSEd (SN) in 2013. Dr Rao believes strongly in the importance of education and was awarded his Master of Science (Health Professions Education) from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2015. Dr Rao is extensively involved in the education of medical students and is also the Programme Director of the SingHealth Neurosurgery Residency Programme. His education interests include online learning, simulation and interprofessional collaboration.
Dr Rao is also highly active in the realm of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ERM education. As Chair of the SingHealth ERM Education Task Force (E2TF), he has helped SingHealth develop online training solutions as well as to conceptualise the education framework to grow risk professional competencies.
Simon Chesterman is David Marshall Professor and Vice Provost (Educational Innovation) at the National University of Singapore, where he is also the founding Dean of NUS College. He serves as Senior Director of AI Governance at AI Singapore and Editor of the Asian Journal of International Law. Previously, he was Dean of NUS Law from 2012 to 2022 and Co-President of the Law Schools Global League from 2021 to 2023.
Educated in Melbourne, Beijing, Amsterdam, and Oxford, Professor Chesterman’s teaching experience includes periods at the Universities of Melbourne, Oxford, Southampton, Columbia, and Sciences Po.
From 2006-2011, he was Global Professor and Director of the New York University School of Law Singapore Programme. Prior to joining NYU, he was a Senior Associate at the International Peace Academy and Director of UN Relations at the International Crisis Group in New York.
Professor Chesterman is the author or editor of more than twenty books, including We, the Robots? Regulating Artificial Intelligence and the Limits of the Law (CUP, 2021) and One Nation Under Surveillance (OUP, 2011). He also writes on legal education and higher education more generally, and is the author of five novels including the Raising Arcadia trilogy and Artifice.
Faris Iskandar has dedicated close to a decade of his professional life to the aviation sector. His journey began with exposure to both the private and general aviation sectors, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Faris has worked in various capacities within aviation, including Fixed Based Operations (FBO), flying, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services.
His passion for flying extends beyond his professional responsibilities; Faris holds a recreational pilot’s license and often takes to the skies for leisure. This personal connection to aviation fuels his dedication to the field.
Currently, Faris serves as the founder of Aeroviation Singapore, a prominent flight school in the region. Through Aeroviation, Faris aims to share his expertise and passion for aviation, nurturing the next generation of pilots and aviation enthusiasts in Singapore. His leadership and vision contribute significantly to the growth and development of the aviation industry in the region.
Wai Khin is a Partner at RSM Singapore and oversees the Technology Compliance business arm. He leads a team that is experienced in ISO 27001/cyber Security Trust Mark certification projects, MAS Technology risk Management review, MAS Outsourcing review, 3rd party vendor review, IT due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, SOX ITGC review, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and other internal and external IT compliance requirements.
Wai Khin previously provided in-house audit assurances and security and business continuity advisory services for several organisations, while working for a Big 4 firm.
He is a recipient of the AISP Cybersecurity Leader Awards 2022 and was conferred the “Leader Award” (Professional Category) in recognition of his contributions made in the cybersecurity space in Singapore.
